More than our initial expectations
After talking to a number of agents and auction companies, we chose David Michael Properties to help with the sale of our investment property in Liverpool. As we are based in the South-East we were looking for a hassle-free option that would maximise the sales price.
David provided an amazing personal service, liaising with the auction company who managed the sale, conducting viewings and anything else we asked for including taking meter readings, etc. In the end, we managed to bring home a little more than our initial expectations, so all good there as well.
